A few words of explanation about the registration process for EME2012


You will now be asked to complete two pages in order to register for the conference.
 
To provide the best value, the organising committee of EME 2012 are offering a number of inclusive packages for resident delegates and their partners. For the delegate these all include refreshments and lunch on the conference days and Friday dinner for the delegate and their partner where applicable. The Saturday night Gala dinner needs to be booked separately as do the optional tour and partners’ programmes. For those arriving before the conference days, meals on Wednesday and Thursday evening can be taken at the college restaurant or elsewhere and have not been included in these packages.

There are two stages.
  1. You will be asked a few initial questions including an option to pay in full or in two stages. This is to capture some information not available via the eShop. Please complete this stage. You will receive an email confirming this information.
  2. You will then be taken to the eShop to complete your booking.

NB if you wish to pay in two stages (see Stage Payments below) DO NOT SELECT THE PAYPAL option at the shopping cart or you will be charged the FULL amount immediately!
Choose the other payment option (
Bank transfer or cheque) and you will be invoiced. You may then pay the 2 instalments by either method.

Accommodation Packages


There are 2, 3 and 4-night packages, each with a choice of ensuite single & twin rooms. 2-night package has the option of a single room with standard facilities (washbasin only)

How to pay? You have a choice.

Bank Transfer or Cheque
UK residents or others with a UK bank account are requested to pay by Bank Transfer or cheque but may also use PayPal.
You will receive an invoice by email.

PayPal
Visitors from other countries must use PayPal (unless you have a UK Sterling account) as all payments will be in GB Pounds.
PayPal will email their normal payment acknowledgement.

Stage Payments
We can now accept payment in stages with a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation and the balance of 75% to be paid by the end of June. To do this, register, indicating you want to pay in stages, then book the package and options you want. At check out select the “For UK bank account holders, Bank transfer or cheque preferred” payment option. We will send you an invoice for the full amount which you can pay in two stages by Bank Transfer or PayPal.

Refund Policy
Individual refunds (other than any non-refundable deposit for stage payments) can be considered at the discretion of the organising committee up to one month before the conference or you can transfer your booking to another delegate provided that you notify us by email to sales@eme2012.com giving full details.

The conference is organised on a not-for-profit basis and as our unrecoverable costs rise full refunds will not be possible. If for any reason you do need to cancel your booking we will do our best help you.

Please check your travel insurance for cover in the event that you are forced to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.
