Cambridge has proved to be a very popular venue for the EME2012 Conference and bookings for twin / double rooms in the college have exceeded our expectations and are fully booked so we have now reserved some deluxe double rooms in the Møller Centre on the Churchill campus. These are a little more expensive than the rooms already booked but include tea/coffee making facilities plus a television. Please be aware that these are rooms with one double bed rather than twin rooms with two single beds. Please visit the Booking page for details.

We have also introduced one night packages for those who can get to Cambridge in time for the conference opening on Friday 17th and wish to leave after the lecture program finishes on 18th. Until now we have only offered “En-Suite” rooms with their own bath, shower and toilet. To help keep costs to delegates down we are now offering a limited number of single “standard rooms”. These have a wash basin but toilet and shower facilities are shared near by.  The saving is £20 per night so £40 for Package C. We hope this will help more delegates to decide to attend the conference despite these difficult economic times.

We can now accept payment in stages with a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation and the balance of 75% to be paid by the end of June. The organising committee have worked hard to provide the best value  for delegates so that we can all stay on the same site with everything we need including accommodation, restaurant, bar, lecture theatre and other facilities including free use of Gym and high speed internet access . We have reserved the accommodation at Churchill College and are taking bookings through our own eShop. Go to eme2012.com and select “Book Here”.
