New Standard room rate

In these difficult economic times we would like to make EME 2012 as accessible as possible. Until now we have only offered En-Suite rooms with their own toilet and bath or shower. To help keep delegates' costs down we are now offering a limited number of single standard rooms. These have a wash basin, but with shared toilet and shower facilities located nearby. For 2-night Package C the saving is £40. The total cost for a delegate taking the two day Package C in a standard room will be:– £15 for registration, £215 for accommodation including refreshments and lunch on both days, and Friday dinner. The Gala dinner on Saturday is £45 extra – so a total of £275 gives you the whole conference experience, with only your bar bill to add!
We hope this new option will help more delegates attend the conference – but please book before 1st June when we will have to increase prices. You can secure your booking with a 25% deposit and pay the balance by 1st July. For full details go to www.eme2012.com
